Guest Post - Lauren from 'Tastes Like Love'

Hey guys, I'm Lauren & I blog over at Tastes Like Love about my adventures I have with husband and friends & where I share my illustrations of cute girls and animals. Today I'm here sharing my vegetarian lasagna recipe with all you lovely Cabin readers!

Lasagna is such a versatile dish, you can put almost whatever you like in it. For my vegetarian lasagna I used these ingredients:

- Mushrooms, as many as you like
- One capsicum, diced
- Silverbeet, finely chopped
- Carrot, grated
- Zucchini, diced
- Green olives, chopped
- Sundried tomatoes, chopped
- Can of lentils, drained
- Greek feta, crumbled
- Tasty cheese, grated
- Mozzarella (optional), grated
- Wholegrain lasagna sheets
- Carbonara pasta sauce
- Tomato pasta sauce
- Tomato, sliced

1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees for conventional oven

2. Combine the mushrooms, capsicum, silverbeet, carrot, zucchini, olives, sundried tomatoes & lentils in a mixing bowl.

3. Spread tomato pasta sauce in baking dish

4. Layer with wholegrain lasagna sheets, vegetable filling, cheese & carbonara sauce.

5. Repeat layers until baking dish is full

6. On top layer, spread cheese (mozzarella & tasty) & tomato pasta sauce.

7. Garnish with tomato slices, and crumbled feta.

8. Bake for 30 minutes.

Enjoy! Thanks for having my as a guest blogger today Toni!
